Launching True Innovation

After some intensive months of preparation (huge learning curve!), I am proud to announce that True Innovation has served our very first client, delivering an innovative and results-focused 2-day strategy workshop.

We discussed and created an outstanding vision for the business and derived from there a clear mission after conducting an extensive PESTLE analysis. We also developed the sweetspot in the services for their clients by focusing on the the real(!) USPs they are offerning to their clients. The team did amazingly well, even when I put them on the spot to write and then deliver thier 30 second elevator pitch for the business in front of a camera. A truly innovative team with a huge potential to be successful, genuine and goal driven.

While the workshop was intense, challenging and outside their comfort zone most of the time, we also had quite a bit of fun together!
